Gullah Café
Created with two goals in mind, to satisfy and fulfill the hungry
soul, Gullah Café was born. Owner and Chef, Wendy M. Thompson, a New
Jersey native now residing in the Charlotte, North Carolina area,
sought to bring the world an unique and flavorful combination of
hearty mouthwatering Southern and Caribbean cuisine that would
entice all appetites. Gullah Café offers a range of Southern and
Caribbean style appetizers, beverages, entrees and desserts from
recipes collected over the years from a long lineage of Mothers,
Grandmothers, Aunts, and Uncles from the deep south and the Caribbean
Islands.
